From what I understand most of the seat assignments were only completed towards the end of Jan due to massive requests for new seat assignments. That as well as the massive membership drive has lead to these delays.

From my view the should be doing the cards & membership processing in batches, 1 for the members that renew before the November 30th cut off with their seat assignments & cards done before Christmas.

2nd for all the people that renew in December & Jan with their cards and seat assignments done and sent before the 15th of Feb,

3 the rest to be done and sent out before round 1 with a cut off being the Friday 2 weeks before round 1 kicks off.after that other arrangements need to be made for round 1.

I don't see the sense in waiting until the week before to send these out.

The membership team need to set and adhere to realists goals and cut off dates and get some structure in place as it all comes across as very haphazard and unprofessional.

I suggest that members should not be charged until their cards are sent, maybe that would get them to create a better structure around this process.

Apparently I wasn't on the list despite receiving welcome pack.

Hopefully it doesn't mean I have missed out on a good seat - off to Concord to pick up ticket for Sunday.

A little frustrated but I can understand how difficult the job would be for the guys in the membership department.
 
I ordered four memberships in total, three of us (myself included) received our passes yesterday, but the other has nothing. When he called this morning they said his was "still not finalised" because he hadn't paid yet. Even though a) I paid all at one, all together and b) he received his welcome pack last year. They are apparently calling him back to sort it out, but what a mess.
 
Will be definitely getting a hold of Brett Clarke to express my disappointment. My memberships were paid for in early November and I'm still without them two days before the first game.

They should send them in two batches, the early birds should get theirs before the end of January and then the latecomers should receive theirs no later than a week before round 1.

Got 3 out of 4 membership cards yesterday. 😕

Not happy, we have had the same seats for NINE years!! :unamused: :unamused:

Seriously, we seem to be the only club that struggles with this year after year. How hard can it be :deadhorse:

Don't need this stress, just want to enjoy the footy on Sunday, looks like I will have to get there extra early to sort it out, better not be raining :angry: :angry:
 
Heard an emailer to BSB today saying they still havent got their membership cards yet, they have to queue for paper tickets at games…..at least our stuff is done

btw....werent we sposed to get a cooler bag or something??? Havent got mine yet...or is it only full members?

Thought cooler bag was for all members.. I haven't got mine.. Maybe by the end of season we will receive that..
