OFFICIAL Liam Fulton [Discussion]

Oddly, given the way Sheens used to love playing 2nd rowers up front etc, I believe that the backrow is actually a weaker position than prop moving forward- given that Galloway, Woods, Groat, Begovich & Murdoch-Masilla are on board. Blair will probably be a 'tweener' & be able to cover the front row like Payten has done.

The backrow however has Ellis, Heighington, Dwyer, Fulton & Shirnack….keeping Fulton could be a bigger need than first thought.

Given that Heighington, Dwyer & Ellis are a pretty formidable backrow, maybe Blair's position will be prop?

Some have suggested Ellis to Prop. Given Fultons size I think he has to be a straight swap for Heighington. Rhino and Blair in the second row and Fults at lock for mine. Dwyer off the bench, he lacks impact, doesn't have the engine for 80 minutes IMO.

Pack for next year

Galloway
Farah
Blair
Ellis
Heighington
Fulton

Bench

Woods
Dwyer
Groat
BMM

Blair and Ellis can rotate between prop and second row like Payten use to.

Sheens will never player 4 forwards off the bench

Never say never. Round 11 of this season for example.

I'd suggest the pack might look more like..

8\. Galloway
9\. Farah
10\. Blair
11\. Dwyer
12\. Ellis
13\. Heighington

that way you have Fulton, Schirnack, Groat, Murdoch- Masilla, Woods, Begovich & possiby even Utai as reserve/bench forwards.

And given that Blair, Ellis & Heighington are close to 80 minute players- you could put 2 or 3 props on the bench & essentially rotate the bench props with Galloway & Dwyer with Blair slipping into the 2nd Row once Dwyer has a snooze on the bench.

It's a solid looking forward pack- if they can't be dominant, I'd have to question the investment made…

Honestly the most in effective player in the NRL.

Hes not a work horse who cant run the ball because he gets hammered. I have never seen another backrower in the NRL get dragged across a sideline. How can guys like Junior Moors over the years be deprived of such game time , while this guy gets picked every week.

Not trying to be rude, I appreciate anyone who plays alot of games for this club , but hes simply not good enough.

Should be the first guy cut.

I think they have tried to get rid of him but they couldn't.

He is really a great rugby league player but he simply isn't big enough as an NRL forward at this point.

In the similar mould to Halatau … not big enough for the forwards, not agile enough for the backline.

WHAT DO?

Freddy mentioned Fulton to be heading to the Sharks w/ Gibbsy
Was he just confused or is that the late mail?
I hope so…
