The ONLY forward to run onto the ball at speed today ALL DAY. Shame some of the others don't follow his lead, considering they are ALL MUCH bigger than him….

so the rhino didnt have a go ?… your blind CT.

He had a go, but diD NOT run at full speed. He never does. That's my biggest problem with him.
Stutter, stutter, defence up on your face, surrender.
Otherwise, he is awesome.

Why has Fulton become such a scapegoat lately? No one mentions Galloway (when he actually plays a game) playing like a 7 foot tall cream puff, or Gibbs (when he actually plays a game) giving away stupid penalties, or Benji (god I'm going to get flamed for this) looking like someone stole his lollipop for half the game? At least Fulton is putting in and showing a bit of passion instead of waiting around like every other player for the Messiah to get us out of trouble again. Fulton has been a great club man for us and at least plays with his heart on his sleeve. Heaven help us next year if we get the half million dollar man from Melbourne and he drops a ball! C'mon people, Fults went to England for a year to get us out of strife thanks to the front office. He was a sensation in 2005 and if he leaves people will rue just how good he was/is for us.

the wests tigers owe filton nothing ,,,, he won a premiership with our club , something the great junior pearce never achieved….his time is up as is gibbsy,
so who would you rather if you could only have 1 ....blair,gibbs or fulton ....its a no brainer ....

Correction, our team won a premiership with Fultons help, and further correction it is not between Fulton Gibbs or Blair it's Fulton AND Gibbs AND any number of up and coming players in order to get under the cap enough to afford one player Blair!

yeah thats a fair enough call,,,,, so if we go your way then we shouldnt worry too much about another premiership…...just stick with all mr sheens favorite players ......

By no means do I believe that, but then why isn't Benji or Farah copping some of the flak as team leaders, or any of the so called "forwards" we have who don't know what direction North is when taking a ball forward?

This weeks scapegoat it seems.
You guys need to remember its a team game.
Players also play poorly when we wing, it gets glossed over though then.
Wasnt too long ago people were raving about him.
Very fairweatherish

I agree. Fulton is being scapegoated here.
None of the team are playing as well as they both individually and collectively can and must.

WAY too small to play 12…and other teams are targeting him on the line and barging through him for tries.

Tries hard, but he's not a NRL back rower.

he dropped a few balls???????? - did he watch the tape of last weeks match - werent we supposed to fix that problem? i still dont get it.

1 error 31 tackles no missed tackles .Personally think he is playing to close to the centre of the ruck so he can't use his ball skills . No this isn't man love for Fulton . he was not the worst out there today either .

Fulton was sent out their to play a yard man like Ellis dose. Way to small to cause any problems, next week back to the bench and share that role with Ellis and we could see Liam actually hitting some holes in traffic like the old days but while he is being used as a donkey that will not happen

Spot on supercoach. Fulton is our best gap runner besides Lawrence and Ellis but for him to be effective we have to be on the front foot, not trucking it up from our own line. Our set plays using Fulton were too predictable, throw in some hospital balls and he got punished everytime. I think Fulton offers definite value to our team but he is not a bash and barge man…

This for me too. He's an old style lock forward, who makes alot of grass cutter type tackles and attacks mainly in the opposition half wide of the ruck, hitting those holes as the inside defenders start to tire. Unfortunately he doesn't have the size to knock opposing forwards on their bums and is expected to tread the same path up the middle of the ruck. Like a few other players in this current side his weaknesses are being exposed by playing him in the wrong role instead of using his strengths!

thats exactly why i want a clean out…..and blair will be a good start......

at the start of the year everyone was tipping this squad to give the comp a big shake, now you want a clean out??
Bit of perspective here,
Gareth Ellis, Player of the year last 2 season, out for almost all of the YTD
Our potent left side attacking combo lawrence and Tuquri misses all but the first 3 games
3 very experienced forwards Galloway, Gibbs and Payten have all missed loads of footy
As best player and captain played the first half dozen games clearly injured

all of this and we are still in the top 8, we have had a heap of kids play and keep us in the hunt, we get a heap back this week and we are likely to still finish somewhere in the top 6 or better not a bad effort

Agree Blair would be a great signing but lets not get too carried away and stuck into these guys

Its not that he played bad, it just the way he was physically dominated all game which is the worry.

he should play more in a david stagg / dallas johnson type role at lock. put heighno into the 2nd row if you are going to play fulton.
