Actually I bought new remote for my AU and the panic button goes off at the drop of the hat if it's in my pocket and I bend down. Missus says ....... situation normal.

AU Falcon ?

Yep. Love it but unfortunately bought a dedicated LPG model. Unfortunately, only because LPG is being phased out. I love the car even though it has none of the wonderfull features of an equivalent Japanese car.

TE 50 was the 5 litre limited edition Tickford variant

Would be nice but I've got the Scottish gene when it comes to transport - or do I? 1 car - 4 bikes - BMW 1200GS, 79 Honda XL500, 1948 and 1955 Matchless 500s.

The [This word has been automatically removed] might get a bit upset if you ride the bikes too often, having to wait so long for you to reach for the lube again.

On a serious note, my father bought a new 55 model back in the day and still raves about it.

Cool. Mine's a real bitser. Bought it from Barry Graham in Arncliff when I was young and cashed up and bought bikes every few months. Had it a very short time and was riding it to the Viking at Milperra to show the mates with a full tank of gas when a young kid in a two-door Torana pulled out of a stop sign.
I centred-punched the Torana (pushed the side in around a foot) and went over the top of the car. The bike blew up like in the movies and burnt to the ground.
I pulled it down, got a fair few parts, had things sprayed or powdercoated in prep to rebuild but then went to uni/ moved to Japan/ got married/ had kids blah, blah, blah. When the kids finished school I ressurected both Matchlesses and my 79 Honda. When I move to Nambucca they will all be on classic rego. Happy days.

Can you blokes stop clogging up the forum with your boring car talk.

Reckon he would have played the 80 if Madden wasn't on the bench.

He was looking tired at about the time he came off. That dropped ball annoyed me too. I’d go with Simpkin for the 80 and Stefano on bench

I'd be leaving both Simpkin and Madden in NSW Cup, where they have the best impact. Mbye can fill in at 9 when needed.

Get both Stefano and Blore coming on from the bench.

Simpkin and and Madden ( but I think he's ordinary) will get their chances at some stage in the future.

Who plays 6 then?

When Roberts returns AD will move back to 6.

I hope not. I’ve done a complete backflip.

Even the result aside, we look so much better with this set up. We actually use the full width of the field now.

Not to mention Doueihi is a monster in the centres. Gave Best an absolute bath.

Defence is still a worry. The try straight after half time and at full time is a concern. Those issues still need to be addressed.

After watching again I have to say that would be close to best game Brooks, mbye and joffa have played in a while. They both fed the ball early to our backs and as a result ad and bj played well as well.
Thought it was liddles best defensive game for us and mbye really tightens the edge defence with his work rate.
My big takeaway though is seyfarth the dudes 1%ers were off the chart. Definately not our most talented player but he could become a bigger better ball running version of Elijah Taylor. So impressed with his game.
Again mikalele has made me eat my words. I thought he was poor early this year but has been close to our best the last few weeks.
