Brooks and Lawrence did it for years and were both praised for it. When Garner was praised in his debut year, it was the same line and pass. For gods sake dont rely on Braith for your football knowledge.

Since the dawn of time and Rugba Leeeg, the pass hitting a second rower/centre as he hits the line has been a staple. Hit the middle of his chest.

Yeah, I personally thought the body language was an indicator, but it also made sense to throw Liddsy in at that time to try his running game on late in the half to probe at a fatigued defence.

For the record, when I mentioned the Luke Brooks Fan Club, I was referring to all sexes and alternatives (without any bias) that support his position at the club. I could not believe the crap on this forum that he was first gde potential. Blind Freddy could see his deficensies.

We got howled down when I saw Scolari and Stevanavic baby sitting him in defence in U20s. I find it hard to believe he's ahead of Scolari.

I’m prepared to give Zac the benefit of the doubt because his numbers in State Cup this year have been very good. Only his second game - anyone can make mistakes. I would still stick with him for a while and his debut was excellent. Mistakes can be made and he was coming down from last week I suspect.

That said, I think we need still look at our other youth as well. Forget about what you have done at school, development contracts etc - they pretty much have no correlation for quite a number coming through. Ogden is a gun, can play! He is not Robinson Crusoe - for God’s sake talk to the coaches at the lower levels. You might be surprised.

I’m sorry but Madge please step up, put those great disciplined qualities & look under the hood. Stop doing the same old, same old. Be bold - we have the talent & kids.

We need to do something different - this season is pretty much almost gone. Invest in the future before it is too late.
