Would have been 9,450 if the team decided to show-up, but still 9,400 more than will bother to attend the next home game

**Still COVID affected, you can’t stand on on the corso on the Stand side and stay in your ticketed area.

Game day experience is pretty crap wish they’d shut that music off, security are annoying too flogging off membership at half time when down by 22. The club is delusional

Very surprised by that. Penrith had a sellout against the Raiders and it was literally full. Knowing our club, there are no restrictions on it but we didn't know yet.

Hahaha. Amateur hour NRL... takes someone watching on TV to inform them
Sorts sums up our club though... Utterly pathetic and all our leader can do is dog on the premiership front runners... Bit of a cat act imo, get someone else to do the dirty work Pascoe you dope ?

I’m only thought on this is no one likes a snitch

So much going sideways in his own club but he's more invested in snitching on Penrith (not that I endorse them doing the wrong thing, but it sets a very poor look.)

Why does it set a poor look? The comment was made earlier, how does nobody at the NRL not notice the huge crowd at Penrith? How is NRL not overseeing adherence to COVID protocols.

I'd raise it too if my team was desperate for a sell-out at a traditional home, get told no, then another club goes ahead and does it. I'd be phoning in Roosters too if I ever found evidence of salary cap breaches. Nothing wrong with being a whistle blower, that how half of all fraud gets identified.

Anyway, Pascoe can "help the club go sideways" and put a phone call into the NRL, he is a full-time employee. Maybe he made the call in his personal time during the match?

I've edited my post as it was not well articulated. As a Wests fan, I couldn't care less what Penrith are doing. Yes, the NRL were not paying attention, but I guess was anyone involved in the State Government enforcing these protocols as well? Should heads roll within the NSW Government as well for it not being picked up? Whether he made a phone call in his down time or not, it's quite obvious what was intended by making the call.

Moreover, the NRL is a mickey mouse organisation, we've all known this for quite sometime. I would rather our CEO worry about becoming a club like Penrith or Easts that can work or exploit the rules rather than be the poor cousin that gets caught with their hand in the cookie jar all the time. I would also suggest dobbing in the Panthers for overcrowding is not the same as revealing cap cheating. Was probably Pascoe still bent out of shape for his ban he copped.

After watching at the ground yesterday and taking some time to digest it all i still can’t believe what I saw. I’ve sat at some miserable games over the years the most memorable being when we got pumped by 50 by the Broncos at Leichhardt in the pouring rain but I have never felt as let down as yesterday by the team. There was no effort at all, you could see it on the first try where there was just no chase and no effort to shut it down. It was almost like it’s alright we’ll get that one back later.

I dunno, I think you just forget the other bad ones over time.

E.g. Tigers getting pumped by Raiders at LO when playing for a finals spot. The match 2008 when we got pumped by Eels at Homebush and Danny Galea had to start at prop because we were down on troops, Ben Te'o refused to take dirty hitups to help out. 2001 when Storm annihilated us 64-0 and Storm didn't even make the finals that year.

There's a very long list of extreme disappointments, this is just another one, although fresh.

We should probably start calling ourselves the Worsts Tigers

Yep was a most of those and had forgotten about them. Man we have had some embarrassing performances over the years.

Something has got to give.
I’ve cheered for some poor wests and or wests tigers teams as they promised some hope.
This current mob doesnt.
The attack of the team is boring. Three or four forward hit ups ,a blind side play and then a kick. No one is expecting an offload from those first four plays so teams can coach against it.
Yesterday was a public relations disaster for the tigers brand.20 000 people in attendance television coverage and the tributes to tommy
What an opportunity to showcase the TiGers!
Sponsors must be asking leading questions of what return they are receiving for their investment
I doubt there will be 20 000 at any other tigers home game this year.it will then become about the dollars.
If not in the coming month, something has got to give.

You just don't dog on anyone ever... And if you do you don't make it so it's broadcast in national media.. Not smart at all

This one felt different though, with the added meaning of farewelling Tommy. To fumble and prance around like they didn't care on such a day was disgraceful. A day later, I am still glad they got booed at half time.

Hey ..I still don't know why Nofoaluma;'s TRY was ruled No TRY after like what seemed like 5mins after he didn't score..can someone help me out..

Cause all around believed we were coming to get them at that point..

I mean in the end the right decision was made and overall I am OK with that, but how is it that the try can be blown and not referred and then the ref can just "change his mind" and refer it? How many other times does that tripe happen and get let go (Moses shepherd prior to Nuikore's try?)

It was a try. Worse case Roberts was held in the line by the Cowgirls, that’s why he didn’t go through the line. Either way it had no impact and was a try. Except that were are the Wests Tigers can’t allow this mob to fight back into the game. The Bungle Bunker strikes again.

No way bro . That was definitely impeding Hess . You could tell Hess wasn’t sucked in he just was trying to get Roberts out the way . You would have been spewing if that was called a try the other way around .
Why is it hard to be objective ?

Game day experience is pretty crap wish they’d shut that music off, security are annoying too flogging off membership at half time when down by 22. The club is delusional

Very surprised by that. Penrith had a sellout against the Raiders and it was literally full. Knowing our club, there are no restrictions on it but we didn't know yet.

Don’t care at all about the bunker and referee decisions.
We shouldn’t be in the position EVERY single week having to rely on 50/50 calls.

It was the right decision. It's just fitting that the one time they do call it over, it's when we score. It's just a typically Wests Tigers event.

I challenge the idea that anyone was "dobbing" on the Panthers. There would have been several hundred thousand folks watching on telly, I am sure a significant number from the NRL or NSW Govt watching, and any of them could have seen for themselves what the crowd was.

Yep that’s true . I was hoping they’d make a bad call , while watching live , but when they did I couldn’t really get upset , considering the Feldt no try , I thought could easily have been given as a try
