No, but you can teach defensive structure, you can inspire camaraderie, grit and will to win in a group.

This team is a bunch of individuals who cannot function as a team. They don't want to be there, they're not listening to the coach and they seem content losing and accepting a pay check.

Madge built this roster. He's just as accountable as the players that are out there.

No they get paid to play professional football,wether they like the coach or not...fraudsters...
