Look mate it really is a tough predicament. Practically though, the next coach comes in, wants his own playing group and isn't a fan of players in key positions and does another overhaul of the roster. That will take time on its own. Madge came in and said he doesn't want this club to suffer consequences of the past and signing long term contracts yet we've buckled into giving Musgrove, Brooks, Nofoaluma and Doueihi long term contracts. Next coach has to deal with them and if he doesn't see them apart of the future we are back to square one. The club from top down reeks incompetency and lack of shrewd management has cost us the past decade.

And leave the decision makers...Pasco.Hartigan.Lee H etc...if Madge has to go so do some of these....but its easy to keep the Admin safe and get rid of the bloke who really is trying to change the culture....but then again...lay with dogs long enough you get their fleas...
