Well I was there today at the game and here are my own observations.
I thought initially we were going to a game that the WT should win based upon last weeks performance and also playing a team that had only won 2x this season.
Cini was selected at fullback today because Mybe could not play (Concussion Protocols) interesting against his old team or maybe he just was not willing to wear the jersey again because he had secured his new contract and staying on the same $ for next season now. (Good Riddance)
You really have to question this selection by Madge considering prior performances, and he came up with 2 crucial mistakes that lead to points early in the contest and was moved to Wing for the remainder of the game. When he was playing there was finger pointing where players should be in the line but no talk besides who is going to look for direction when one is so inept at the back.
When Nofo was put back there out of position so many times and there was no talk. Nofo also seems to be critical of decisions that don't go his way or has a habit of blaming other players. I did not see him once take the ball at the line as he tends to crab across field runs more sideways than forward.
Thanks Lee for signing him to a long term deal but he is not 1st grade standard.
When the Dogs scored and our players went into a huddle behind the posts, no one was talking and Brooks was suppose to be Captain??? Observations after tries scored the non established players seemed outside the main area not wanting to intrude and Liddle did not seem to want to be around.
That 1st try by Meany fended off brooks and brooks trying to tackle high rather than actually go in for the tackle hard, beat two players to score, not real D with our backs too soft.
There looks like a divide between the backs and the forwards and who could blame the forwards when the back were the ones letting the team down not only with D but nil spark in attack.
How many times did you see the backs take a carry forward out of trouble apart from Maumalo.
Lets look at our backs today, Cini, Nofo, Chee Kam, Talua, Manmalo, Madden, Brooks??????????
Its unfortunate that Talua was injured he seemed to be at least trying to spark something.
Our general play was one hit up and kick high on the last no real variety all game and when we finally did grubber always too long. By scoring nil points shows we have limited spark in attack.
We were ill disciplined how many times did we give away another set of 6 to them?
Looked lethargic and not working for each other.
Then there is reece hoffman running the drinks after we are on our try line so you mean to tell me that none of our coaching staff are available to give some direction? The dogs had senior leaders x2 running the drinks today.
I can tell you that as I was leaving (With 15 mins left) one disgruntled fan was giving a spray to the players and Reece was doing the hands movements with chat chat chat chat that is not his role to incense the situation. I tended to agree with what the fan was saying but i let my actions of leaving early state my point.
In essence we needed a flogging to show how inept we really are at least ? will be asked now, I hope.

Madge - Your last game in charge.
Mybe - Good riddance
Brooks - Time to move on
Nofo - Do you have Crabs
Cini - Not 1st grade standard
Madden - Needs more experience
Chee Kam - Good luck seem to try out of position
LL - Lazy in general maybe brothers contract not renewed has had some influence.
Lets see what happens in the off season but i suspect big changes after today.
Might be what we need a full shake up from the Top down.
