anyone else just kind of irritated with AD today though? i mean, to me, every time he received the ball he nullified attack by just running with it rather then passing it on down the line.

I get it, he's 6'2 95kg and a big body for a No. 6 but still, i just feel he's stopping the potential flow of our attack constantly by taking on the line himself....

His combo with Laurie is getting better every week. He was putting Luc and Talau in some decent space too. He definitely runs the ball a lot but most of the time he's making good metres and poking his nose through. He'll keep getting better

I’m with you. I like him but he needs to find a balance between running and distributing the ball to our other strike weapons. It seems like any time we create space he runs so the centre’s, wingers and fullback don’t get much ball in good position.

We still need to remember our spine is basically brand new and most of it has less than 50 NRL games so it’s a work in progress.

He is a talent but no 5/8 yet. Laurie really played well today. Speed is his issue. Not for Laurie though ...

Think it's easily his best position. He's got nice passing and nice kicking. He's still so young he will continue to get a better feel for the game as he plays there more and more

Agree with the combination comments
I thought the combinations between AD Brooks and Laurie made us look very dangerous at times
I would like to see them work on that more
There were a number of times be busted them open with those combinations but we just couldn't finish it off

Yeah we still lacked some support runners when Laurie was making breaks. Even the props need to be backing up in those spots
