I thought Liddle was pretty terrible. Outside of the errors his service was miserable

Def Jacob's worst game for a while. He was a step slow in everything / lots of simple errors also.

Not at all. There's a big difference between dropping your head and mentally submitting, versus playing against a huge possession drought and suffering fatigue.

Out blokes didn't give up, they were out on their feet.

Worst on ground with the exception of Walters. Has Walters ever played a good game?

When we flogged Brisbane last year... all it took was us beating the wooden spooner by 42 for him to look good

As has been stated, the selection was baffling.
Based on what he was producing in KOEC prior his selection I would estimate a fair few members of the forum could be a chance of getting picked next week.

Yes, I mentioned this pre game...and it was not due to him being a bad player etc, it was simply that he could not keep up in reserves last week. As in, he literally could not keep up with the pace of reggies.

So, asking him to play NRL was simply not fair. He is miles behind the other players in fitness / been out a year a**nd still yet to get up to state cup pace.**

We were a useless team with Doueihi in the halves, and I doubt Madden would be carving up Parramatta. There were no great options.

Good teams dont have to defend for 6 more tackles too often. Depends whether refs have an agenda. Origin 6 again calls where they really 8/1 ?

I think Mbye was a huge loss today. There was no cohesion or rhythm in most of our plays. Walters was thrown in the deep end and could not have been NRL match fit so soon after injury. He missed some important tackles that had a huge impact on the result today. Now with Brookes possibly suspended, we are well and truly stuffed for playmakers!
