Then turned to me and said put the smoke out please. I followed orders as usually when I’m around women in uniform it’s at the strip club.

Different crowd on a Friday night at Leichhardt to be honest I doubt these clowns are the usual fans that turn up every week. It was poor form.
It’s a beat up though Panthers fans were targeted just imbeciles can’t handle their drink being fools. I still don’t understand throwing $10 cans of beer especially when you line up for 20 minutes getting them.

From what i saw it was only a few cans lobbed albeit unacceptable their are families watching the game.

whatever changes we have made to our defence, it has worked wonders. you can only play what's in front of you and we restricted a Panthers side with Crichton, Staines, Edwards, Burton, JFH, Leniu and Kikau (who Stefano showed is a myth) to 6 points. sensational.

Why do they throw cans?

I remember sitting on the SCG hill in the 70's. Late in the day, when some had had a few too many, people used to throw full (steel) beer cans at the scoreboard, (trying to smash the light globes that lit up next to players name when he fielded a ball or was batting or bowling).
When it started the scoreboard attendants would rush to roll down the shutters while the cans were raining down.
Made no sense then, but the crowd on the hill seemed to love it.
