Considering the changes to the game re 6 again and the faster game I think some are being a bit harsh
Our guys had to dig deep and they did
You should be proud of them
When is the last time a team has lost 3 players to injury, including 2 key forwards and still won the game by 16 points
The 1st half showed what we are capable of
We need to be able to find that every game

Eisenhuth was good in the middle. Hit the advantage line every time and looked as fast as I've ever seen him. He'll start at lock next week if Twal is out. And deservedly so off tonights performance.

Typical performance.....but we got the two points and very happy with that

Biggest bummers are the injuries.....this will be where our depth will be tested and show how good Madge is at shuffling the numbers

One of the biggest problems is discipline we gave away 8 penalties to 4 tonight and quite a few repeat sets lifts any pressure and makes it tiring on defence

Why do we suck so hard the second half. I’d play Reynolds the first half and benji the second.


Reynolds goes missing the second half and can’t believe that kick in the second tackle but so much pressure on us.

I actually thought he was pretty weak all game, give good line speed but seems to lack direction.

It was a bit of a weird game, even the first half we were scoring before we were able to build anything. The Cowboys defense in the first half was some of the worst I have ever seen.

I don’t think Eiso can play long minutes he disappears after about 10 mins and doesn’t have much impact cracking the line.

Reynolds was poor all game
