I personally would sack Kidwell (he is meant to be our defence coach for the past 3 years).
We play a slide defence on the outside with players who are not fast enough or inside players who dont know how to defend their space and then over run the space on the inside to allow for inside support play.
As soon as the ball goes outside Brooks/Moses in defence, we are shot because our centres and wingers have no idea who or how to defend.

Nofa is also the worst defensive winger in the comp. I have never seen him make a good read in defence. For all the good stuff he does in attack and he undo's it in defence.
