1) Why was the clock stopped when Doueihi was taking the kick?
If we had been kicking to be 1 point behind. I don't think the clock gets stopped.

2) How were the Cowboys able to challenge?. I thought a challenge could only occur once play had been stopped by the Ref

Clearly not an escort and looking at the ball the whole time

1) Doueihi took the allotted amount of time to take a kick. Clock is always stopped once that time is used.

2) They shouldn't have been able to. That is issue #1, and #2.
