Thompson is a gun. I hope he doesn't get forced out of the side. I'd pick him over any winger or fullback we have right now.

Marsters and Fonua are a very good pair of centres which is amazing because centre was a real issue for us so to see that develop is a great thing.

Gamble has looked pretty solid for a debutant. I haven't seen the defensive fragility that has been mentioned and I like that he takes the line on and is doing his share of kicking.

Brooks as usual looks millimetres from blowing them away and is having a great game.

I don't think fullback is our big issue here. Hooker is obviously a massive concern but the other issue is the backrow slot currently occupied by Rochow. If we can get Farah in I'd like to see Garner given a top 30 contract and see what he has because we need a better option at right backrower.
