Thompson has the build of a jockey, the pace of a racehorse and a heart the size of Phar Lap's. .
 
Well, that really was a great win. Despite giving away 10,000 penalties, I thought that was E.Ts best game this year. All the players stood tall. Well done.
Special shout out to Garner - great game while he was out there. He is so much like Beaver Menzies.

This is him to a tee.He will never be a Nofo type of player(150 metres a game)but he is the biggest hearted bloke in the club.

Another great win, brilliant tactical game plan executed nearly to perfection.
Chee-Kam, Garner, Marsters, Sue, Thompson, Taylor were all great.
Chee-Kam's defence is unbelievable, and his runs, footwork, and that offload :slight_smile:
Without Lawrence and Fonua, and with below par starting props, our 2nd row played on of the best games ever for WT.
Brooks defence and kicking has improved 100000%, Marshall had another mature game

Exactly. 5 from 6 against top 4 sides this year, yet get absolutely pummelled by the likes of the Titans and Raiders and lose to Knights and Eels. Our mid season slump of form has cost us dearly
