well, we're in this, we really need to do something about the attack (or lack thereof) when in their 20 though

We have just been lucky that they have turned over a bit of ball when they have gone close. They have looked far more threatening than us.

Watch them hold the ball this half and they go 13+ win easy.
 
Watching the game live Brooks needs the rocket big time ,the club has to look at another option if they want to move to next level ,just does not cut it .

Brooks long kicking game is fine. He has had one short kick taken by the fullback, we've taken at least two of the Eels. I would like to see him run more.

Tbh I'm not sure why we're always short on the wing in defence.. Looks like Nofo at first glance but his inside man is defending one further in and Nofa as a result is marking up one further in leaving the wing open. If he marked up on the wing there would be a big hole between him and the centre and the opposition would probably still go in.
 
Did anyone catch Gutherson signing along to Eye of the Tiger? I assume this means we've signed him for next year.

Not hitting the line nearly hard enough for mine. Getting rolled and allowing the slow PTB. Grant has outdone him IMO. Running hard and getting to ground far quicker.

he is 100% the TINMAN from wizard of Oz - no heart
for a big guy with a massive motor I would prefer 10 mins less a half but more damaging

am happy to see Russel Packer and Big Bad Mataleno coming next yr - they both are not is top form but both are mean mofos and will add aggression…something we have lacked for a long long time

FOX actually blamed it all on Tui, so they rate him, because Brooks was pathetic
 
Our 5th tackle option is awful, both Brooks and Lalohea have no short kicking game. We played without halves and left side in the attack, Lovett, Zelezniak and Naiqama.
Again, why Lovett when we have Falise :crazy
The best again the usual suspects, Woods and Tedesco.
We missed too many tackles, and Nofoaluma is always in wrong position in defence.

Yeah that's what I saw after watching the replay of that try. Problem comes from further toward the middle, I don't know what's going on..
