Whoa Rhys Armstrong is playing fullback!?

So he's a second rower/lock/five-eighth/fullback?

Eh, it's NYC. Wouldn't read too much into it. This is where most people refine which position to play, either that or NSW Cup. That is, unless they are thrown into 1st Grade with another year or two left e.g. Sironen.

And it's not like they have a reserve grade to cover injuries, they have to make do a lotta the time.

Brad Soe's coming back from injury - wonder if he'll get a run? Looking foward to seeing Ritchie Ene come on. He's a 'beast'!

12 minutes to go
30-16 and the WT don't look like getting close …with the Sharks keeping them pinned down in their own 20

The Sharks opened the scoring in the 5th minute when centre Re Pittman scored out wide. The try was not converted. Full-back Valentine Holmes failed to convert the try.

A minute later, a break by five-eighth Nesiasi Mataionga saw him send half-back Jake Walsh over untouched under the posts. Holmes converted the try from in front for a 10-0 lead.

Andrew Kazzi got Wests Tigers back to 18-10 when he scored under the posts. Rudolph converted to leave Wests Tigers trailing 18-12 after 31 minutes.
