It would be no ones home ground it would be a venue shared by WTS and BULLDOGS. Will agree Wankwest is Slimeys homeground.
Bulldogs will still be based at Belmore and WTS at COE at Concord.
LIVERPOOL would be an ideal location it is gradually being rebuilt its on a major rail line and not far from M5 & M7 motorways and not far from the new Airport and the population explosion that will occur in the future will ensure ongoing support for the club and its within Wests junior boundaries win win win for everyone

It’s the Bulldogs land it will be the Bulldogs ground with the Tigers being second class tenants just like everyone says BankWest is ... can’t have it both ways !

I dont think it will be built on Bulldogs land if they still own any out their it will be on Council owned land where there is an existing RL facility and the old Whitlam Sporting facility.

No the Bulldogs own the land where the stadium was planed previously and they still own it .. it will be the Kennel not the Jungle.

Or build another club or develope for high rise which is happening around that part of Liverpool

Oran Park and Camden is the future. Liverpool has been overtaken by these massive new Greenfields releases and WTs need to get a good slice of the pie.

But there’s no infrastructure there though . It’s just homes. It’s not just about homes it’s got to be somewhere that attracts corporate sponsorship. It’s the very issue with Campbelltown . There’s next to no corporate support out there .

The Deputy Premier appears willing to at least listen to the NRL. V'landy's himself seems proactive in terms of moving the game from the Bondi to Redfern Corridor. Time to strike now with the Govt looking to spend on infrastructure.

The thing that killed the Oasis project was that the council was supposed to provide the majority of the funding.

Liverpool council went bust and an administrator was appointed, that killed the project

Liverpool's a great idea if you fancy getting mugged after the game.

Gotta re-develop Leichhardt or Campbelltown if we're serious about a home ground. Liverpool is no- mans land when it comes to our fan base

I don't think Leichhardt or Campbelltown are options for this funding.

Liverpool would be WT'S ACT basically half way between Campbelltown and Leichhardt and if it did happen would a new beginning for WESTS TIGERS

Agreed mate, I think it would be great.

Playing out of Bulldogs stadium ? Think not ... rather the stadium at Moore pk !

Why not Liverpool. It’s a great alternative to BankWest.
Don’t worry we’ll still split the games.
4 Leichhardt, 4 Liverpool, 4 Campbelltown.
West’s tigers should really start lobbying for a Southwest to East West Metro so we can get all our patrons to everyone of our home games....

CAMDEN is still in CRL Group 6. whilst it is a growing area so is Picton also Group 6 but your getting away from the Heartland and Liverpool would be a good comprise your only going to support WT'S you don't have to live there. How good would it be to play the same home every second week I would seriously consider getting a season ticket.

It amuses me greatly how easily people over look the 20 year association WTS have had with the Macarthur district and the many years before that Western Suburbs secured the junior league out there and the association they made with Group 6

Big YES if we just use this one alone.

As an old Ashfield/Lidcombe Magpie I've no connection to Cambo so it wouldn't bother me to see that go but LO would be sad... Some good mems there particularly 77

I would still play one heritage round at each of LO and Campo, the rest at Liverpool

The fans will never decide on one ground so we shouldn't be consulted, the club needs to just make the call on one.

Bankwest scared me off any " joint stadiums".

Redevelop one of our home grounds or play out of ANZ full time. Just pick something and stick. We cant be discussing this for the next 20 years.

I am starting to warm to the new stadium at Moore park TBH !

I went to the SCG game and it was terrible to get to and the parking was $30, food was average quality but expensive and whilst the new stadium will be a football field it would be a Easts and Souths home stadium.
I am originally from the Balmain side of the joint venture, however think a new stadium should be in Campbelltown as it is a growth area.

As long standing Tigers Member and resident of Liverpool, I take exception to your pig-ignorant comments about the city of Liverpool. As one of the fastest growing LGAs in NSW, including the proposed Aerotropolis and associated infrastructure and employment through the Badgery's Creek Airport, a new campus of Western Sydney University, and a renowned teaching and expanding Liverpool Hospital, Liverpool is a vibrant, dynamic and evolving city.

Furthermore, I would hazzard a guess that on a pro-rata basis (look it up on Google) Liverpool would have more Tigers fans than your sleepy hollow of academic elites in Balmain.

You would, no doubt, know that Wests Tigers Junior teams use a space at The Whitlam Centre at Liverpool as part of their strength and conditioning training programs.

Well ....you probably wouldn't know any of that. Just let the 1950s ambience of Balmian wash over your thinking and spew forth with ignorance through your keyboard.

Liverpool and surrounds is the future of Wests Tigers. A stadium here, even if shared with the Bulldogs, would go a long way to building a sense of identity and ownership of a footy team by its community.

Do yourself a favour and take that short walk from Balmain, down Darling St Rozelle, to Callan Park. Book yourself in there. And, do us all a favour and leave your laptop at home.

Also seems to be a lot of development happening around Liverpool at the moment. Skyline is definately developing.
