The bloke that gave us the first win over the rorters in 8 years. A champion of champions! My rorters mate has not spoken to me since the spray I gave him after the game!

Oh wow he kicked one from the sideline after missing an easy kick.

:roll keep looking eventually you will find your reflection

Just enjoy the win you gronk.

A+,

Good usage if the word gronk.
LOL. Needs to be used more.

So with the Moses Mybe signing imminent where to for our beloved Tui Lolohea?

As Ivan assembles our squad for 2019 i think it will now come down to holding on to only one of Marshall or Lolohea. For mine id like that to be Lolohea.

His utility value alone is worth a contract. Can cover any backline position and still has youth on his side.

I wouldnt mind seeing him at say number 3 on our centre depth chart.

If we ever move Marsters to the forwards or want to push Fonua to the wing Tui could develpo into a Dylan Walker style centre and really do a job.

I guess the other thing to consider is the 5/8 role.

If we dont sign Benji. Tui rockets up to number 2 on our 5/8 depth chart.

Reynolds still has a long way to go to win the role.

Nah see I still think a full fit Lolohea is a better option at FB then Thompson.

Thompson runs harder but Lolohea offers more creativity and smarts and I think his knee injury has restricted him which has made him look slower

Put the pipe down champ. No idea.

Seems Ivan agreed with me Champ.

Tui at Centre is a good option. Either that or you have him as a bench utility player from next year (assuming Marshall retires).

He is a big step up from Godinet and will play a similar role.

Other option is back to the good old days where we pay players to play against us.

Thompson is better on the wing and the Dogs aren't much of an attacking threat… he must have huge faith in Tui signing Mbye.

100%

Someone threw one up last week when i announced we had mbye….he stated we should swap tiu for mbye mid season....without saying much watch this space

Tui should be offloaded I’d we sign Mbye.
He’s had his chance just a very average footballer. No go in him runs back slowly and is loafing at the back. Kicking game is terrible.
If his contract is low I suppose there is no issue keeping him in the squad for the Magpies.

WOW! Cleary made a weird comment tonight about watching blokes you’d keep and blokes you’d let go (my words). I thought it was a strange comment but if you are on the money it makes perfect sense.

I hope not! I like Tui, besides what do we get out of swapping him for Moses? Still paying close to 700k for Moses. Doesn't make sense

Will be interesting as we don’t gain players this way. And would have even more cash for further acquisitions…

I like Tui, but this maybe for the best if other signings make it worth it.

We would be crazy to let Tui go, he is still transitioning to the fullback role - that doesn’t happen overnight but he was one of the shining lights against the bulldogs with his speed and footwork.
