From what i have read Parra wanted him off the books and go to storm for 2026 - Matto wanted storm to sign him for 2027 as well - storm said no - so Matto told storm and parra to get stuffed - pure gold.

the guy copped a 2 weeks suspension just because he didn't want to pay a $3500 fine. As if he is going to pay all the costs of relocating to Melbourne to earn what he would staying put at Parramatta.

Hard to compare this to players who break a playing contract. He was trying to break the conditions of the release. Nonetheless we should definitely think about ways to learn from it.

Make no mistake, Matterson has his barrister on speed dial. He will end up taking out legal action against The Roosters, Tigers and Parramatta for negligence surrounding his head injuries! Unless he stays true to form and engages Brydens on a no win no fee basis.

It didn't make it to court. You won't hear anything about them.

The whole Topine thing at Bulldogs, Galvin bullying against Tigers, the player at Manly etc.. anything settled out of court will never see the light of day.

Unless it's in the court documents, it won't be verified and I doubt any NRL journo is keen enough to try to expose it.
