That’s nonsense. He played for a dragons club … that im gonna say had/ has a culture problem .. that’s all I’m gonna say . He’s wanted out of there for 2-3 years .
Much like hunt did . He leaves for the mercenary eels , a place that IMO , a place that for years imo doesn’t inspire loyalty . From the outside looking in , and really the ruthless way they conduct business from u16s all the way though , they don’t inspire loyalty( granted I’m biased because of personal history with them) , and then nopes out of that joint as well.
Maybe he doesn’t like Rugby league culture .
This is gonna be controversial , but I much preferred rugby culture to league culture . I love league more as a sport , but I felt far more at home in a rugby shed than a league one . But that’s completely subjective I know .
My point is if you’re not into it , and someone comes along offering you as good of a wicket for something new and different , it doesn’t make you greedy to want out .
I don’t think he messed up signing with 360, but rather he messed up going to the eels . I said it when he signed .
From what I know of the eels culture is never wear that jersey . But maybe it’s changed over the years … doubt it !!
