Seeing as Lomax had already signed with R360 BEFORE getting a release and the contract was conditional on him getting a release- seeing as he got the release from Parra, shouldnt he be suing R360 for messing with contracted arrangements ie delaying the start date of competition? His actions after that are damage within the original action arrangements.

Yep, seems he was covering a few bases and yet still blew up in his face- not Parra's fault.
