WESTS Tigers winger Lote Tuquiri has been added to the Kangaroos squad for the Four Nations tournament as a replacement for the injured Jarryd Hayne.

Parramatta fullback Hayne withdrew from the squad last night with a hamstring injury

Tuqiri will join the Kangaroos in camp today.

He returns to the Australian set-up for the first time in eight years, having played five Tests from 2001-2002.

Well done Lote.

Does that make Lortay a duel/duel International….. 😕

Would have to be the 1st bloke to go from the Roos' to the Wallabies back to the Roos'

Get that one up ya Wendell....

I wonder if Sheensy will be tempted to play Lawrence and Tuqiri seeing as they played on the same side of the field in club footy and were very destructive down that left hand side.

don't worry trexx, i've got solid word that Fitzy and Beau will be our starting wingers in 2011

Morris is a left winger also,so I don't know.

we might see it later in the series against england say but i doubt with such a small time to gain cohesiveness i see boyd and morris on the wings with tonga and lawrence centres

Yeah bloody oath….that may shut that muppet up! Congrats to Lote...

btw Brad Thorn went SOO-Kangaroo-All Black-SOO-All Black. I can see how this doesnt make sense but he did do it all the same....pretty huge achievement.

He played 200 FG games for the Broncs, 14 SOO games for QLD, 8 tests for Australia, 66 Super 14 games for Crusaders and 46 tests for the All Blacks. He won 3 NRL grandfinals and 1 super 14 grandfinal.

He has to be the most outstandingly successful dual international ....probably ever.

And as a Forward makes it an even greater achievement!

I've given up listening to Talkin' Sport for 2 reasons, Hughes and his sycophants think they know it all when they know Jack and for the amount of Steelers fans still ringing up, I suppose they had to wait for 11 seasons*!.

gotta laugh today on talkin sport leroy when heard a steelers fan moaning about chris l in the squad ahead of gasnier and cooper … and how sheens is playing favourites. gasnier - most over-rated / and soon to be most overpaid player in comp
cooper - too old, too slow
