I dunno what it is about him

The ulitmate proffesional I think….seems like a really nice bloke too

He's one classy dude imo, he may not be playing as he once did, at the end of a great career....but he exudes respect

Good to see him return with a good game

Agree on all counts. Happy to see him be rewarded with a few games to round the year out. He could have sat back and thought about his retirement but he fought. Can't doubt the effort.

And he played alright for his first grade game in 12 months,

As they say, form is temporary, class is permanent.

Had grave fears for him tonight, but he held himself very well. Hope he kicks on for what's left of the year.

He killed our chance in 2011 and only looked good yoday cause we have a team of nobody's.

He has that special mix of confidence in his ability and the wisdom to not let it get the better of him.

Yeah good on Lote. His combination with Simona looked really seasoned tbh.

Simona/Tuqiri isn't a bad left side combo is it? Now if we had the forwards to create the momentum and a halves pairing that could take advantage we might have something there.

Never had class,
Had moments of brilliance , but never class

His try tonight was simple but he put himself in the right position. In stark contrast with Simona vs the Titans.

I cant help liking Lote.

Maybe footballers are like racehorses. They go well fresh but when they play too many games they become stale and need to be spelled.

Two players killed our chances against the Warriors and neither of them were Lote.

I said last week he 100% deserved to play 1st grade and a chance to play for a contract in this last month of footy. I'm delighted for him that he played well. Did anyone else think he showed a bit of pace in that second half when we went down the wing? I was surprised and it had me thinking twice as to whether he is finished completely or not.

Completely agree, he showed good pace on that play. He's certainly much quicker than I thought he would be.

I still think he is very slow to turn and chase kicks in behind and he isn't very safe under the high ball, but otherwise he was very good tonight considering how long he's been out for.

He played better than I expected, well done to him, just wish he would work harder in catching bombs.
