PS - I am active in counselling and supporting people in the real world and there a lot worse stuff out there, People need support as there isnt a manual to this thing we call life.

While I hear where you're coming from, people know right from wrong, and there is always a choice no matter what you do. It's up to whether you can live with the ramifications of your actions. I work with a lot of people who claim it's never their fault, but you look at their form, who's fault can it be?? It's up to people to stand up and say I did it and I will cop what's coming.

Just my opinion of course.

As you say tcogger, everyone has an opinion and is free to express it, no point promoting this and then contradicting yourself by telling others not to give their opinion on such a debated topic. No one on here has stopped Alf from having his reply as he is entitled to.

The off-field dramas surrounding young Rob Lui has certainly generated media interest both he and the Wests Tigers could do without, and it has definitely created it's fair share of debate on here as we all know. Having said that, not everyone agrees on the position taken by the Tigers, but that's not up to us to decide. If they allow Lui to have media contact, so be it. All we are merely doing here is discussing the issue and keeping our fingers crossed that Rob Lui comes out of it a better person and can continue to play for the Wests Tigers - This season and beyond.

I feel comfortable the club has allowed this interview. While there is still some conjecture about the remaining charges, this clearly shows the club is supporting Robert and helping to work through his off-field behaviour/distractions.

As those who have children know, I hope Robert is present for the birth. A truely life changing experience…
