I agree but I tend to think you could say the same about most clubs (besides the very few that have quality backups).
Most recent and obvious example, Dylan Brown is a big money international 6. Eels attack was shit without Moses.
 
I'm surprised that we only play Manly once this year, and in round 25. Poor decision by the NRL for mine, they could have had two full houses and massive eyeballs on screens.
 
Brooks was “nervous” before his first day of training at his new club but he has quickly settled in — it helps when fellow ex-Tigers’ Tommy Talau, Josh Aloiai, Aitasi James, Nathan Brown, Matthew Lodge, Taniela Paseka, and Aaron Woods are around.

Also coz his game plan from Seibold was in short sentences. Basically you go and stand outside DCE but leave enough room for Tommy Turbo to link in. Got it !

I can still remember Madge saying a few years ago that Brooksy would fit right into the Blues side. His form has been reasonable and DCE is not far off the pace with Dally M points? Ergo, Brooksy must be doing his job.
 
Surprise surprise, Manly’s attack looked clunky without Turbo & Saab and with a young fullback. They only found a game plan late, scoring 12 points in a close loss.

Reminds me somewhat of Sezer and Galvin this year trying to generate points in our team lacking any real attacking threat other than a young fullback.

Luai will be glad he’s bringing Suruva but I hope we are aware of the massive hole in our roster, another x-factor player who can generate points.
