Brooks and value is a complicated thing. He was better value than M'Bye and Reynolds. he gets teh player allowance so $200K will be outside the cap. so who cares. clue isn't the problem he needs to go.

He's cooked here, he is expected to drive the team around the park and constantly gets us into the wrong places - he cant halfback. that's why he needs to go. Im sure he tries his heart out, and trains really hard, but he is not right for the role and needs to move on for himself.

Club has a lot to answer for, yes, and the reality was that Moses was a half, and Brooks a 5/8

Merrygoround has moved, Hull has settled for Newcastle halfback Jake Clifford for 23 season and given up on poaching Brooks on the one year deal, which clears the deck for Brooks to go straight to Newcastle for 23.
