Be as ignorant as you like, but no player who plays nearly 200 games, plays that many due to a fluke. A half isn’t like a prop or back rower that are a dime a dozen. As the old saying goes, they don’t grow on trees. And you don’t play that many games if you don’t have what it takes. Regardless of what people sitting on their lounges think.

At a pay cut, sure another club may be interested, just as any other "bargain basement" player (eg James Roberts for us) but I wouldn't expect them to use him other than of "utility" value. like Mbye, .And if there is zero evidence, then there is also 0 evidence of club wanting him (other than the usual speculative media reports)..

Another ridiculous belief. He‘s not going anywhere at a bargain basement price. At a minimum, it will still be in the neighbourhood of 500k. How many halves who have played as many games as him, are earning bottom dollar? None. His experience alone will get him a good deal.
I believe that is the most likely scenario with his contract at what Sheens believes it should be.

I have my opinion you have yours. I can't think of a team that could use him right now. Other teams see what we see also. He's cooked in the NRL.
He will get another gig but in terms of balancing the cap for our team he has to be the best player and he just can't deliver - just like Mybe and Reynolds. He knows it and the pressure will be worst next year when he is on more - and mentally he is not that player. He proves it over and over again.

He isn't playing first grade standard what are you talking about? We only play him because of we can't dump a million dollar a year player to reggies. Makes management look bad.

No club wants to do that though. No value to Brooks or us. Brooks is finally starting to talk about a future elsewhere. Shame it hasn't worked out but in the best interest of all we need to help him move on.
