Brooks has had 42 seasons, don't Hastings and Doueihi get the same

Wonder what sheens will do with Brooks?

Probably what the club has done for the last 9 yrs, as they have to pay him 1.1 million for 2023, even though he loses games for our club, but, they feel they need to play him because they are paying that much, he must be worth it. I think that might be the official logic ??????.

how can you say that when they've never played in the halves together?

We don't know but anyone who says that Brooks hasn't performed at least as well as every other half option we have so far this year has clearly not been watching us play.

Doueihi and Hastings have to improve a lot and this is coming from someone who said at the start of the season Brooks time is coming to an end and AD and Hastings are taking the halves spots and leading us to the finals.

This is a simple case of way too many people having their opinions and they can't change their opinions based on the reality of the situation.

As soon as AD and Hastings outperform Brooks I'll be stating they have to pick those two.

I even think the club wants to move Brooks on and have AD and Hastings as our halves.

The problem is AD and Hastings are not performing up to expectations.

If you are right fact 1 may be a fact. Fact 2 isn't a fact. The club bought Hastings in as an option to replace him.

His salary doesn't matter anyway because he isn't getting 1 million or anywhere near it from us once his contract finishes.

I am not bias to brooks, king douy or hashtags.
But when I seen brooks was named at seven i laughed knowing some forumers would go into meltdown.
I just hope he kills it for a change.
Not that I will be throwing Tazos on it.

1. Brooks' value right now is not even 400K.
2.Madden is definitely not the answer.
3. Any good young half that comes on the market will be pounced on by Dolphins
4. Even if a semi good experienced half (such as Townsend, Johnson, George Williams etc) comes on the market, we will be paying Brooks' 500K or so plus their fees.. doesn't seem worth it.

Keep 6. Douehi, 7. Brooks for next year and a half. Make them better and then attract others.

Brooks was hammered for missing the ball which lead to the try. What was forgotten was the effort to get back there to try and save the try. I always looked for effort when coaching my soccer teams. Where was Hastings? Where was Doueihi? This was a big moment in the game and none of them were sighted. Their absence says it all really.

Any Brooks supporter on this forum who has supported his starting position over the past 3 years has contributed to the myth of Brooks. He sucks and would suck in any system, yet the club won't get rid of him because they think he'll be good elsewhere. It's an absolute myth.

Why is this week any different to the previous 180 odd weeks that he wasn’t dropped. What are you expecting exactly? We tell you every week he’s the best available option, and that’s justified by the club sticking with him. Surely you’re burned out complaining about it every week.
