Guaranteed jobs are supposed to be salary cap inclusive.

Jobs for relatives have to be reported and in theory at commercial rates.

I think luke lewis does want to get into S & C after football so their may be truth to the rumour, but id be surprised if it was guranteed, more a potential career path arrangement.
