Lets hope he has alot better support from his assistants and the players play as a team this year.
Yep, he just couldn't do it all himself. Hopefully him and sheens work well together.
Both Madge and sheens have said they work together well
Love this image of them

Best possible outcome for the club is to have those two working together with mutual respect. Of course poor results will put pressure on them both, but our success will always rely on the performances of more than one man, both on and off the field.
I also think it's as simple as the effectiveness of the club's inter-organisational relationships that will play the largest role to our future.
I know some people automatically assume dysfunction and hierarchical abuse of power at the WTs but there's now been enough positive changes - in our governance and operations - to suggest the club is more confrontational (at resolving/managing) of conflict. Rather than sweeping it under the rug.
The broad experience and knowledge of everyone is sufficient IMO and it's just about coming together or productive collaboration that will be the biggest key contributor to our succes.
Expecting some bumps along the road but all in all I'm hopeful we've turned a corner. Only ever saw poor communication (disconnect with planning) and accountability as our major problems.
