Sheens was the one who is on the record saying "players sack coaches" - the irony of that comment can't go unnoticed if Maguire is sacked and we still have not made a finals series since sacked coach Sheen makes his white knight return.

The young guys seem to love him and some have already re signed with him in charge so that's saying something

And besides Brooks it was our young blokes who actually had a go yesterday

It is counterproductive to team building, cohesion and performance. And importantly, how do you believe other players outside the club will view WTs as a destination? Are we that naive to think word does not get around?

So we should be announcing in a press conference that players like Mbye actually had a great game, in the hopes that Brandon Smith might then decide he wants to come here?

Good players do not want to play with our squad.

To be fair why would any good player want to come and be lectured by a lunatic every week. You could see Everyone’s eyes glazing over.

Players make coaches. That squad would turn any coach into a lunatic. No excuses for the players who don't put in when the little men did - Laurie, Brooks ,and Liddle. Pretty simple really

If the club was desirable we would have signed most of those top line players we were chasing but instead to make up our numbers we get the rejects no other club wants

So yes give it to the sooks that deserve it

Hopefully they won't be here much longer and don't get contracts elsewhere

Bring on the young ones that have courage as they are our future

Will be tough for a while yet but so be it

The days of sacking coaches to look after mediocre should end now so a proper rebuild can be achieved or we will forever suffer as we have for a decade already

A frustrated Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire has lashed his team’s “garbage” performance as they sunk to a new low at their spiritual home.

Absolutely unacceptable and counterproductive to what the WTs' Club is attempting to achieve.

He’s shifting the blame. He was very happy with the roster he put together but now apparently he’s been hamstrung by salary cap.

Perhaps our CEO should inform Maguire of this document.
