Yes, Saints results didn’t worsen when injuries hit. Their depth players also lostYes we have injuries, but our toll is not disasterous. Most sides could cover this to an extent, we fall apart. We have the worst depth in the NRL, including Saints.

Hahaha yeah I get your point, and I agree. But I honestly think some smart people could compile video evidence that could result in the NRL being shown to allow bias, even corruptionLegal action? It’s not that deep. Take a breath and hug your family.
Let's call it, manly has some really fast backline players and we were playing with boys ...I think they did have a crackLosses yes, but 3 straight annihilations, not so much. Most other depleted teams give it a bit of a crack at least.
That was truly garbage, at the ground on replay there was not any ripping action , horrid decisionTranslates to "I must protect my fellow clown with the whistle"
No one except salary cap cheats like roosters, donkeys have that amount of depth to win games. 6 of our best players are out, now it looks like two more. The eels have more players out, but there mostly reserves and second string players. Same as the donkeys they had Walsh out but otherwise a totally intact backline. U have to actually look at what players are out to compare, which most halfwit commentators don’t have the intelligence to research!!Last three games gave exposed our lack of depth and more importantly the value of our key players injured.
The key issue is not only resigning and extending our talent its bringing in more. This is where our lack of third parties hurt us. Juniors will cover us in the long run.
End of the day we are 5/5 and have the bye. We cant afford more injuries.
Really because Brisbane with Walsh, Mam, Hunt in the spine lost by 28 to Manly last week same as we did with Hope, Madden and Mason in our spineLosses yes, but 3 straight annihilations, not so much. Most other depleted teams give it a bit of a crack at least.
Interesting in some of the comments around the forwards, no doubt Api is the pin , but Samuela is a huge out. He gets through a ton of work and i would like to have seen him up against Haumole today. KPP ,i thought had a really good game in a beaten team.Unfortunately our middle is too soft without twal and Korosau, then we have no points of attack without Korosau, Dooey or bula… the depth is poor but there’s not much Benji can do. 1 or 2 players out sure but it’s your 4/5 best players….. it sucks but the result isn’t unsurprising
Yep and the new rules/imterpretations etc it just blows out. The lack of player depth throughout the comp is a real problemUnfortunately our middle is too soft without twal and Korosau, then we have no points of attack without Korosau, Dooey or bula… the depth is poor but there’s not much Benji can do. 1 or 2 players out sure but it’s your 4/5 best players….. it sucks but the result isn’t unsurprising
The six again rule is killing the game. There’s no ref accountability and it’s way too subjective. It’s enough for a penalty just now the penalty.Yep and the new rules/imterpretations etc it just blows out. The lack of player depth throughout the comp is a real problem
I have seen a bit of Javon Andrews and apart from one game in KOE this year he has been good. Go to NSWRL website and look at the highlights from Wests VS North (today) and i think it was the first magpies try and look at the lead up work by Andrews. He is a very good player that will at some stage have to be worked in to the team but at the moment not sure where.Dunno if he’s been banging the door down but couldn’t be much worse!
True, but I’m pretty sure the Broncos wouldn’t let it happen for three in a row.Really because Brisbane with Walsh, Mam, Hunt in the spine lost by 28 to Manly last week same as we did with Hope, Madden and Mason in our spine
i would keep the same and bring in one of the actual cup fullbacksSo who are your wingers?
And please reply with something not stoopid and justify it with en example at least.
KPP never stopped trying today.KPP deserves that, and shows why we need to feed him more ball.
Just look at this game...Daniel Tupou out injured replaced by Jnr Pauga...whos having a barryYep and the new rules/imterpretations etc it just blows out. The lack of player depth throughout the comp is a real problem
I agree, would like to see how Ethan Roberts goes in better company.Feel a bit sorry for Roberts he's looked quite good, one big error which they got in the first half as not clearing the ruck. But he seems like a player should be given another opportunity when the whole team is back.
