Really forward thinking!
Having supported the Magpies for over 40yrs I,m getting tied of the rubbish dished up by many…. the term Junior rugby league seems to have lost its meaning with many! How does the above statement relate to anything that has transpired. The Magpies will be playing out of the South West and catering to the juniors of the area again JRLFC yes JUNIORS ,so in actual fact if the Magpies want to pour all there recources into this senario good, there 20 or so supporters can attend there games and be happy.Obviously Balmain see the writing on the wall especially with there cash problems and are aligning themselves with the Major brand of the Venture .With this they will recieve all players from the Weststigers and so they should!!! The Magpies have choosen to stand alone and support the youth of Macarthur this is well and good for them .Nothing has ever change with that club unfortunatly always envious of what the other side might be getting I say if you want to stand alone fine stop complaining and get on with what you intend to do supporting the South West of Sydney ,As far as I'm concerned Balmain is the more progressive club and moving forward ! Ask one of the younger supporters of the Weststigers about how those Magpies are going Blank looks maybe !!or is that the look in the faces of the people that run the Magpies now.
