Knowing our luck we’ll probably lose Mbye and still miss out on DWZ. Lots of players possibly leaving, but no one actually coming!

Going to be honest .....but this can't be good for team morale

Happy. Out of the players being moved on.
Packer, ET, Reynolds are not in the first grade team. McQueen is replaced by Lawrence as soon as match fit. Slight drop off but Oliver Clarke can cover Matulino. Mbye is covered by Thompson and it’s arguable he’s a better fullback. DWZ would be a big upgrade.

I didn’t see it coming Madge doesn’t play around. I was confused why Mbye was named captain it looks like from the outside it was to drive up perceives value in the market.

Massive.

@TIGER If you're going to get into Christian bashing, it would help to have even a modicum of understanding about the topic you're so misiniformed about.

With regard to Folau- could this current court situation be just a money thing to fund the expansion of his fathers Church.
If one starts their own Church does that mean you can automatically call yourself a pastor, priest or whatever? Maybe you sit your own exam and give yourself 100%.
Tigers Forum members should start their own Church and elect a spiritual leader.
Any nominations?

@Go_You_Good_Things Unfortunately I can understand why many indigenous Australians do not want to sing the National Anthem. I and a few others were invited by some of our indigenous staff to a National Sorry Day get together. Included was an animated film concerning the experiences of young indigenous boys at the Kinchella Boys Home at Kempsey. It was a truly shocking story to be told about how white Australians treated their fellow Australians. Each boy was given a number and their names were then discarded. The worst was that many of the boys were not accepted back into their families or tribe once they left KBC because they spoke differently and acted differently. The lady who told us this story is married to No 24 was at the KBH.

No one is defending Greg Inglis or his past behaviour but a little understanding does some way to soothing relations between Australians of all backgrounds.

@happy_tiger I tend to agree. Hard to imagine the mood being jovial at the moment..

"Shape up or ship out" maybe it's designed to get some of these players to perform to an acceptable level.
Nothing wrong with that.

The Wests Tigers way 😆

@Abraham NRL (and ARU) shall be 'congratulated', their leadership is telling, they tolerate wife/girlfriend beaters, and criminals but if a player cites the Bible?? WTF!

@Masterton your supposition assumes that a) there is a hell, b) that you’re the adjudicator that determines anyone’s place in the “after life” and finally c) why would I give an absolute toss as what some idiot (not you, but in general) behind a keyboard says in relation to the choices and life I choose to lead?

Nope. I'm saying I'll get sacked if I unleash public rudeness. Whether hell exists or not etc is irrelevant. Don't be a goose on the internets and not expect repercussions, especially if it's contrary to your contract.

The Dragons' supporters are going through hell at present with a rumour breaking on the other forum tath the MM from the Eels is one of their signing targets.

One fact that i often find missed in these discussions is that western culture is built on christian values. Now you can argue there has been a split between church and state but the fact remains that the country we love and the freedom we endure is based around a belief many mock and belittle.

@avocadoontoast yeah do your research bro its ugly in places but to think we are not a christian country is poorly researched.

Ummmmm...never mind..

thanks Madge for addressing the signing rumours..

We are not a Christian country. We are a secular country.

Didn’t Segeyaro play for the boncos without a registered contract.

FWIW Would want Folau at the club, DWZ would be good.
