guys, playing players out of position is done at EVERY club when injuries strike. Each team has a top 25 squad if too many players are promoted from outside of this squad then it impacts on the salary cap. Coaches play them out of position for this very reason.
Yeah sometimes you have to play players out of position-but at least minimize the disruption FFS. We have no halfback so to rectify that we move a champion 5/8 to half then back to 5/8, a champion hooker to halfback, give a workhorse 2nd rower a go at 5/8 or a centre that can't play 5/8 (Lawrence or Ayshford). Move our best winger to centre also.
The shuffling of players to this extent is ridiculous and we just keep seeing it time after time (Sheens keeps banging on about not weakening one position to strengthen another but goes ahead and does it anyhow). Baffling
100% correct mate ! All of this bickering, misery, frustration, and dispare comes down to one person…....thank you mr sheens for another Train wreck of a season......
