I've been running around for a while, probably around 10 or so years, I'm only 20 and my shoulder is screwed and I don't even pitch.

As for the Majors, I'm a Yankees fan (go on, start slamming me now). Went over to the States in 06, saw a Braves/Dodgers game in LA, and a Padres/Rockies game in SD. Atmosphere at both was electric, certainly worth a look if you're ever in the states.
