:laughing: this guy is just playing a character. he isnt really like this. he used to ring up this american radio station called 'coast to coast am' which is where they talk about paranormal stuff, and sometimes they have open lines and this guy sometimes rings up and calls himself ufo phil, but its all an act. there is another guy who rings up coast to coast am and he calls himself jc webster (maybe its the same guy, but i dont think so). jc webster is like the opposite of ufo phil. he hates aliens and is a religious nutter who slams the radio show and its listeners calling them perverts and evil
