He'll probably go alright at the chooks but I'm not too disappointed he didn't sign with the Tigers. I'd rather the Tigers look towards the good junior talent coming through.

@Kul said:What was he supposed to say?
@innsaneink said::unamused: Oh please… .....maybe he uses it as motivation to play really well as professional sportspeople can tend to do, maybe he puts pressure on Farah to keep performing as well.
You apologists make me sick,....its top level professional sport in one of the toughest games on earth for crying out loud

@prattenpark said:I doubt a comment from Sheens was what really made up his mind. And, I doubt he sees running on for 10-15 minutes playing second string to Friend as his main ambition this season. I'm sure he thinks that under his old friend Smith, he has a chance of wearing the number 9 and being in the starting line up at the Chooks. He realised that was never gonna happen at the Tigers.
@Cultured Bogan said:Farah has been performing well for years without an obvious successor putting pressure on him. What makes you think he needs it now?
Armchair sports psychologists know it all though, don't they?
Any chance to lay the slipper in… :unamused:
@king sirro said:I think Innks point is theres times when u should just say nothing and its usually these times that Sheens opens his mouth. He can be odd sometimes.
However, it seems a logical choice for Riddell and im sure he knew the drill before Sheens pointed it out and it didnt make a difference in the end.
