The deal was probably brokered months ago, the Roosters claimed they never spoke to him and I know the Bulldogs were never interested and Ayoub is the manager of both Milford and Tedesco, they were just waiting for Milford to make his decision to make it official. Also explains why it all happened so fast once the Canberra interest became public.

And even if it was done on Monday doesn’t mean that the offer wasn’t already on the table should Milford go North.

Just a thought … when Mr T was released a few weeks back, nearly every player in the club jumped onto social media and wished him well and told of their disappointment that he wouldn't be remaining a Tiger.

With the Tedesco announcement yesterday, the only player to wish him well via social media that I can recall is Blake Austin. There has been zero from everyone else, which I find a little weird considering Mr T didn't even play a game of First Grade, yet Teddy has been with the club since he was a kid, grew up with a lot of the boys, and it seems like they have brushed him.

Might be a non-issue, but its possible that his team-mates aren't too impressed with Teddy's decision.

I think this whole social media thing is more for the fans than anything else.

So definitely, yes, the players would go on to twitter and repeat their thoughts for the general public to hear… But none of them have said a word about Tedesco.

you had one guy leaving the club effective immediately,who they may never see again and another who the players would see the next day.

big difference to me and i'm sure some disappointment was also part of the reason.

Getting advice from a person that let $1.5 million slipped by, you can get better advice than that, money Tes. Why don't you said, you have to look after your own future, the money is too good to refuse. Kerry Packer come once in a life time.Until you show that you are worth what you are paid, you won't get any respect in Canberra either, a man being paid on his potential only, not what he has done.
