My comment is more about the fact that some players get sin binned and others don't, yet may get charged for the same thing and cop the same suspension. Its a question of why don't they get a reduced sentence for time already served i.e. the sin bin and penalty during the game. Clubs whose players were sinbinned, penalised and then suspended are punished more than a club whose player may have done something that was completely missed by the Ref and only charged after the game or a ref was inconsistent (shock horror) and did not sin bin the player.Although champion @TheEnz, the judiciary pulled out the "Latu has priors card" and so explains the 3 weeks out, without any reduction on appeal.
