I don't know if he is playing for a contract but he hasn't put a foot wrong since he joined, tough as a nut a a bit of mongrel to boot…could do with seeing a bit more ball on occasions, but that's harly his fault. He was terrific today, I thought, a bit in the TnT mold..

Agree with the posts above, Utai is a welcome pocket rocket addition to the team. There was some concern about him being bombed out of the game but he aims up as best he can given his stature.

Can't see Beau in the starting team unless we have more injuries

I had the same feelings about signing this "has-been" and I thought Folkes was just looking after an old mate. It appeared we would just put him in the way of a younger local from getting into the top grade. Wrong again!

It is amazing how good he has been. Very similar mould to TNT however he has a side step. He used it in the try he scored yesterday. TNT would have just ran over the top of McCrone.

Yeah Utai has really impressed me as has Brown - he looks very solid. So when Lote comes back who gets dumped to the bench and reserve grade Brown or Ryan ?

Has been impressive both as a winger and a psuedo forward/dummy half runner. Takes alot of pressure off Farah and the rest of the forward pack by running it up once a set. Has rarely put a foot wrong in defense as well.

Has a huge motor to get through the work he does.

You wouldn't put too much blame on any winger in the game for dropping either of those two ugly passes benji threw his way. Matty caught them both on the fly! I'm enjoying every bit of his game. I wonder if he was in contention for an Anzac test spot..
