Assume you mean the 2012 SG Ball side.

How come we haven't seen much (or any) of him in holden cup..is he injrued?

Yep, one to watch from the Balmain SG Ball side. Good backrower who should fill out to be quite a handful over the next couple of years.

Ah good! That's what we've been missing for so long since losing Dwyer - the tall, rangy hard to tackle back rower. All of our back rowers have been short, stocky workhorses or light weight ball players. Of course, Sirro also looks likely, but he ain't there yet.

No NYC so far, but obviously captained SG Ball team to the prem. this year

No NYC so far, but obviously captained SG Ball team to the prem. this year

Daniel Rakvin has made the step up and he's another decent looking backrower to keep an eye on.

And in a couple of years we'll have Sirro's younger brother Bailey, who isn't so little, this kid can play too.

Curtis was on the telly one day and he said his dad considers him a bit of a softy compared to big Bailey.

Good to see a wealth of juniors coming through, though I wonder if all this speculation just adds to their asking price.

Sounds about right. Haven't seen bailey play but he's almost bigger than curtis. And Curtis isn't THAT ferocious, solid player but he's not like Koro or anything in terms of mongrel and that energy.

Is currently out injured due to surgery
Very hard working and skilful with the ball

Macman is right about Matty. He is a Holy Cross Rhinos junior and has really come good the last 2years since playing SG Ball. He injured his shoulder when Balmain beat the Queensland side for the Australian Under 18 championships back in May. Really unlucky - he was picked in the NSW Under 18's but obviously couldn't play. He would be playing NYC now but is out for the season. Just signed a 3 year contract with Wests Tigers.
