Fafita had to go after several off field indiscretions. He's was an imbecile and almost copped the same treatment from the Sharks but for some begging and pleading. He was poison.

I dont know the answer to this, that's why i am asking...
Was Sheens the catalyst our demise ?
Did he miss mange the contracts of Benji and Farah and the did he have the big 4 contracts all expiring at the same time?
With the benefit of hindsight we should have kept Andrew fifita he would still be improvement in our current pack.
Also we should have focused on retaining Tedesco offer him big bucks,maybe if we were still playing finals he would have stayed.
Moses always wanted to be the man calling the calling the shots. So we should have let him go.
Then with Brooks who knows if he would have flourished if Sheens coached him for longer.
But the one thing for sure if we had Tedesco, Benji, Farah, Fifita, Gareth Ellis, the fox all of sudden there is less pressure on Brooks and maybe he would have lived up to his expectations.
Would have Sheens turned it around our would we have still turned to shit.??

Tedesco was a rat turd who pretty much had his eye on the exit door for a while before he bolted. Letting Fafita go was a big mistake playing-wise. Not sure what Fafita's attitude was like though, could be easy to believe it stunk and he was a bad influence around the team. He still seemed to be a knob for years at Cronulla, both on and off the field.
Not sure if it was Sheens' doing alone as far as Robbie and Benji went......but they did seem to be allowed to be bigger than the club there for awhile from an outsiders POV.
Gareth Ellis was a strange one, he bailed with a year left to run on his contract from memory, maybe he could see that the club was on a downward spiral and that contributed to him wanting out?
Glad Sheensy is back around the club, he will definitely be more of a benefit than a hinderance.

On Freddy and the 8th, Freddy was talking about how we let Moses, Woods, Teddy go and it all fell on Brooks. He blamed club management, player managers etc but towards the end, he said "players themselves have to take some blame too".. first time ever I've seen someone in the media actually say that how they treated us was wrong.
