Mbye game review

I think Mbye played really well in his first game for us. His stats were 18 run for 189 meters, 7 tackles breaks and 1 line break assist. I can only see him getting better as he gets used to the new spin combination. Whats your thoughts on Mbyes first game for the Wests Tigers?

He is classy isn't he.

Looked a danger with the ball and made a couple of trysavers too.

If Kevvie takes that crunch ball Mbye gave him I reckon we win that game. That was a 12 point turn around we never recovered from.

PS I thought Robbie was tops yesterday too…..both our new guys are defo better than the previous!

Was very solid.
One of the best on field for us, even tho there was less than a handful.

Good first up performance and will only get better once combinations have formed with our other players. Also will be a handy back up goal kicker.

Started the game very well, was very busy and involved and always looked dangerous… Didn't notice him as much at the back end of the game but overall I thought he went well for his first run... One of our best

Geez he’s impressive. It’s a shame this season is over for us but looks like we’ve solved our fullback issue for next year

One of the highlights of the season Signing him, if he was here 8 rounds ago the team would be entrenched in the 8 Fullback position FILLED.

First game for a new team was great.
Too bad there weren't a few more like him in the backline.

Aint that the truth, looked very good, too bad most of his team mates have no idea.

dont think we could have asked anymore. very happy with him, a lot quicker then i realised. will only get better as he gets used to the team.

Great effort from Mbye. Looked dangerous with the ball - certainly added something. Now all we need are some decent wingers and half a dozen committed forwards.

The highlight of his game was the way he caught the ball in traffic and leaped out of his own in-goal area all in one motion. Tui would have never put his body on the line in such a way

Was impressive, might of made the difference in some of those earlier close loses.

Pity the season is basically done for us unless a miracle happens.

Hopefully we can sign some more good players…
