1 AD - best option we have

Mbye did stink it up at the Dogs in the halves. He not a great organiser but is quite quick and would rely on his running game which is what Brooksy does. They are both left foot kickers. I do feel that fullback is his best position but his downfall is his safeness under the highball and his kick returns which he tends to get dominated. In my opinion, he does have superior support game to just about anyone in the team, is defensively competent (forgetting last game) and has adequate passing skills for a fullback. Basically nothing to write home about but can do a job.

Mbye was a useless half. In fact, he's been average to poor in every position he has played in first grade. Centre was supposed to be his true calling, but he's proving to be useless at that too. It seems when he is moved to a new position, he plays well for a bit, then his performances horribly decay after around half a season.
His time at fullback is case in point. He was killing it there for the Dogs, and did pretty well at the back end of 2018 for us. Come 2019, he was costing us so many points through dropped high balls. Madge eventually moved to centre, where he was performing admirably. 2020 rocks up and what do you know, he's bad again.
It seems the solution here is to change his position at the beginning of every season.
