Jerseys at less than half price? Surely that's got to mean there's a new strip next year or a change in some sponsors?

I think the price drop is because next years jersey will be using the new NRL logo.

100% right. There will be a new trial jersey (like 2012 yellow jersey)

NRL clubs can only change strip once every 3 years. WT will have a new strip in 2014.

I could be wrong but I think they may be able to change the away jersey every 2 years

The shorts are terrific, very lightweight yet feel strong material, deep pockets both sides, small pocket at the top above bum crack…wouldnt fit much more than one key or a swipe...MKB logo on other leg, WTs & x blades on left....only $10 with my vouchers - early merry xmas ink

I had a captain cook at the 2013 items up on the website so far and the shorts were the pick of the litter IMO. But then on closer inspection, they didn't look like they had pockets and i thought bugger, so I'm glad you posted that they do but I'll still wait until they put the rest of the new gear up in case I like something better.

It's handy that the club lets you use multiply vouchers on the one transaction instead of one voucher per item. Well done WT's

The family of 11-week-old Matthew Yarrow had plenty to smile about at Gearzone Macarthur on Thursday night.

Mum Karen Stone was just happy to meet Wests Tigers players in Robbie Farah, Blake Ayshford, Matt Groat and David Nofoaluma as part of their appearance at the official Wests Tigers store in Macarthur Square. Several hundred excited Wests Tigers fans lined up for the chance to meet the players in between purchasing a huge range of club merchandise.

Karen was joined by family members Alison Phillips, Ray Johnston, David Stone, Candice Stone, Maddie Phillips and Holly Phillips – all devoted and passionate Wests Tigers fans.

Upon getting the players to sign little Matthew’s baby Wests Tigers jumpsuit, Karen decided to sign her beautiful little boy up as a Benji Bubs Member for 2013.

Little did she realise at the time that in doing so, Matthew became the 5000th Wests Tigers Member for 2013\. It led to Farah presenting the family with a fully signed 2012 Wests Tigers jersey.

“It was a very special evening and we are very grateful for the jersey that Matthew won,’’ Karen said.

“The players were really nice and easy to talk to. We all had a great time.”

I've always found Farah very approachable and social when at fan days, especially with children. When I've seen him out in public I've left him alone though.

I had my kids at a fan day and found Corey Payne and Dene Halatau were ultra friendly and put the kids on their laps etc whilst Robbie seemed to find it a real chore. He's probably not suited to that side of the game.
