Membership pledge

I pledged my money. I’ve given my 2020 membership to the club.

But I want something back: change.

I don’t want to hear the club talk about change, I want to see it. See it in attitude; see it in clutch moments; see it in results.
That last game against Newcastle really pissed me off because it showed that despite all the talk, nothing has changed.

I’m currently writing to Pascoe and Hagipantelis staying that if the club wants the loyalty of members then it’s about bloody time the club gives something to the members.

The club has my pledge, my loyalty and my support but I better get something back. It’s time to deliver.

Madge is getting there. It’s a very slow process unfortunately but last year we showed more heart and toughness than I’ve seen in a while. Obviously it wasn’t perfect we got flogged a few times and still missed finals but we are slowly getting there.

Hopefully Covid-19 doesn’t affect our recruitment too much for next year because we’re in a great spot to continue building our roster under Madge

Pledged my daughter and my membership for 2020 and am looking forward to the nrl coming back as the last game was rubbish and the first was lucky with the Dragons bombing more tries than a good side would do.

I would hope with Brooks back and Harry Grant we can be better than we were and hopefully BJ has been doing some laps of the ovals getting some fitness as he was poor along with most of the right hand side defence.

The only thing BJ has been doing laps of is the drive through lane at KFC. We will be terrible for the first month when the season recommences.

Mate I’m 53. They have to hurry up. At our rate of improvement we’ll win a comp somewhere after 2060. Too late for me most likely. Sick of talk. My last observable experience was the crap dished up against Newcastle - absolute trash. They need to stop the talk and start the walk.

Problem has been new coaches and new rosters every 2 years. We need to keep Madge around for a good 3 years or more

2014 we got the independent board which was supposed to right the ship. Same results 6 years later.

You'll also receive a signed team photo. That one they took at Brooksy's 150th after the match, where they all look completely thwarted.

Last time I got anything from membership was a cut and paste of the terms and conditions with no words, comment or answers/options in relation to my email, which was politely asking if I could cancel 4 memberships due to performance on the field, or if they could stop my auto renewal.

Absolutely disgusting department.
